Best luxury Spa/Hotel near London?

I am looking for recommendations for a 1 day/1 night high-end spa/hotel getaway relatively close from London.

Ideally, located in the countryside, but not too far from the city (1-2h by train maximum) with great food and plush beds for an overnight stay.

If you have been to one of these recently that blew you away, I want to hear from you!Best luxury Spa/Hotel near London?
In my opinion, the best spa in the South, close to London is at the Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa in Bagshot. It is near Windsor and 45 minute drive from central London.

They have indoor and outdoor pools with a thermal heaven suite of saunas, steam rooms, ice rooms, and a tempadarium. They have male, female, and mixed facilites. The also have 2 excellent restaurants and a bar that serves an amazing afternoon tea.

Make sure you request a room in the main building as this is where the best rooms are. Most are different and many have unique features like four poster beds or a bathroom up a small wooden staircase.

The hotel is the offical training ground for the England Rugby team and its also the type of place that you will see Footballers WAGs.

A little further away in Hampshire is the Four Seasons. http://www.fourseasons.com/hampshire/ About 1-1.5 hours from London, this hotel is relatively new but the spa is fantastic (not quite as good as the pennyhill) and the Sunday Lunch Buffet is not to be missed (expect to pay 拢100 per couple for the lunch)Best luxury Spa/Hotel near London?

The Ritz is right in Mayfair and has one of the highest hotel rankings in the UK. I never stayed there but it was right down the street from my ex-boyfriend's flat and it looked very nice.
